Tradition - of the family, Mediterranean food, hospitality and good old fashioned values is at the heart of Jak’s. At a young age, Jak Junior (Val) was a café-owner in the making, having tried his hand at his father’s (Jak) Mediterranean restaurant. Jak shared with his son what he believed were the greatest lessons to success – one of hard work, humility, charisma, good quality food and creating a sense of community. Jak Junior (Val) continued his passion in catering for another 15 years, before deciding to open Jak’s on Walton Street in January 2008.
Today the legacy of Jak continues and many Chelsea and South Kensington locals have come to regard Jak’s as a second home. We look forward to welcoming you to a little healthy taste of the Mediterranean.
